The Future of MLK & Good Hope?

Yes, please. These renderings were produced for the Department of Housing and Community Development (owners of the corner properties at the left of the images below) by UrbanAdvantage through a Neighborhood Stabilization Program 2 stimulus grant with the National Community Reinvestment Coalition and HUD.

urban advantage did some of that imagery work for ivy city and trinidad as well. damn powerful looking stuff!

This is a pipe dream... Do you really think Marion Barry would want his Ward developed like this? How long do you think he would last in there was educated populace in Ward 8...not long.

Considering Marion Barry was showing this area to developers, way back in the 80s, I think he'd be thrilled to see this happen in W8.
