Looks good so far, what are some of the other projects you are working on that you mentioned.
Looks big and good, it must be expensive.
I would have bought it instantly if I had seen something like it - and at that price! - 4 years ago (at the height...)As it is, having bought a flipped house in Columbia Heights, my mortgage is so high I must have renters and at age 54 live in a group house.
